About Paolo
Paolo Stocchi, Ph.D., is a geophysicist and physical oceanographer at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo” and member of the Institute for Climate Change Solutions, both in Italy. He studies ice sheet dynamics, sea level changes, coastal hydrodynamics, and the functioning of coral reefs. Paolo has published over 100 articles, chapters, and reports in international scholarly and applied outlets. Paolo's main research focus is the numerical modelling of the physical processes that drive and modulate climate and sea level change on geological timescales (centuries-million of years).
